Kai Lange-Dei, a senior at High Tech High in San Diego, secured back-to-back Division 4 titles at the CIF San Diego Section Championships by covering the 3-mile layout in 15:32.2 at Balboa Park's Morley Field, Lange-Dei, who triumphed last season in 16:10.9, helped High Tech High take 10th as a team with 264 points.
