La Costa Canyon senior Joshua Litwiller won the San Diego Section Division 3 boys title in 16:06.26 on the 3.04-mile course at Balboa Park. Litwiller, seventh last year in Division 2, ran the fastest time of the meet and led the Mavericks to a 57-73 victory over Cathedral Catholic.
