Mt. Carmel senior Simeon Paul repeated as San Diego Section Division 2 boys champion, clocking 16:18.44 on the 3.04-mile course at Balboa Park. Paul, who ran 16:24 last year, helped the Sun Devils post an 85-94 victory over San Pasqual.
